Restore the Floor You Already Have
Floors are in our name for a reason. Hardwood, ceramic, marble and tile are what we know best. We provide hardwood, marble and tile floor restoration in Bergen County, NJ, from a single scratched living room to a school gym floor that was underwater.
What floor restoration includes
- Hardwood sanding and refinishing, bringing worn, dull and scratched floors back
- Board repair and replacement, blended into the existing floor
- Water-damaged hardwood dried, flattened and refinished, or replaced when it can’t be saved
- Ceramic and tile restoration, including cleaning and replacing cracked tiles
- Marble floor restoration
Restore first, replace when you have to
A new floor is a big expense, and it isn’t always necessary. Solid hardwood can usually be sanded and refinished several times over its life. A handful of damaged boards can be replaced without tearing out a whole room. We look at the floor first and tell you honestly whether restoring it will hold up, and we give you both options when both make sense.
Floors after water damage
This is where being floor specialists matters most. After a leak or flood, hardwood cups, swells and stains, and many restoration companies tear it out by default. We dry the boards and subfloor as part of our water damage restoration, wait for the moisture readings, and then decide what can be refinished. If the floor has to go, our flooring installation team puts in the new one.
Homes, schools and businesses
We restore floors in homes across Fair Lawn, Ridgewood, Teaneck, Paramus and the rest of Bergen County, as well as school gyms, offices and storefronts. For carpet, area rugs and upholstery, see carpet and rug cleaning.

Floors are our specialty
After water damage
We Know Which Floors
Can Be Saved.
When water gets into hardwood, a lot of companies tear the whole floor out. As floor specialists, we dry what can be saved, replace only the boards that can't, and refinish the floor so the repair blends in.
- Drying under and around the boards
- Only damaged boards replaced
- Sanded and refinished to match
- Full replacement when it's needed
Can water-damaged hardwood be saved?
Often, yes. If the water is removed and the boards and subfloor are dried quickly, cupped hardwood can frequently be flattened and refinished. Boards that are badly warped, stained black or soft usually need to be replaced. We'll tell you honestly which applies.
Should I refinish or replace my hardwood floors?
If the wood is solid and thick enough to sand, refinishing usually costs much less than replacing and keeps your original floor. Replacement makes sense when the boards are too thin, badly damaged or rotted.
Can you match new boards to my existing floor?
We replace damaged boards and refinish the area so the repair blends in with the rest of the floor.
Do you restore marble and tile floors?
Yes. We restore ceramic, tile and marble floors, as well as hardwood.
Do you work on commercial and gym floors?
Yes. We restore floors in schools, gyms, offices and storefronts, including gym floors after water damage.
Is the estimate really free?
Yes. Every estimate is free, with no obligation.
